  • Start in an all-fours position with your knees under your hips, wrists under your shoulders, and your core engaged. Place a dumbbell behind your knee. You can also do this move without any added weight.
  • Keeping your knee bent and foot flexed, kick your leg up toward the ceiling. Pause at the top.
  • Return your knee to the floor for one rep.
  • Complete 10 to 15 reps, then switch sides.
