Glute bridges
Strong glutes alleviate the stress from the knees by balancing the load, thereby preventing your knees from caving in or twisting out. Here’s how to do glute bridges:
Lay flat on your back, knees bent, shoulder width apart. Lift your glutes, squeezing at the top, and hold. Slowly release.
